What we build

Four areas. In each one, we build on the software you already pay for and connect it with Make, which does the next step when something happens: a call ends, a quote goes out, a job is marked done.

You pay for the subscriptions in your own name. If we stop working together, it all stays yours and keeps running.

The phone

An AI voice agent answers when nobody else can: on a job, with a patient, after hours. It says it's an AI in its first sentence.

It asks who's calling and what they need, logs the answers, and routes the call. That can mean a time booked on your calendar, or a message sent straight to the right person on your team.

If a caller asks for a person, the agent stops and takes a message. It doesn't quote prices or promise anything. It runs the intake and hands off.

If you'd rather keep answering your own phone, there's a smaller version: an automatic text back to anyone whose call you missed.

Quotes and follow-up

Quotes go out the same day the request comes in, from whatever you already use to write them.

Then follow-up runs whether or not anyone remembers. For example, three touches over ten days, stopping the moment the customer replies. You set the wording and the timing.

A yes moves the job to scheduling. A no gets marked lost, so it stops sitting open.

It works the same for a roofing estimate, an insurance renewal, or a custom order from an online store.

Scheduling and dispatch

Customers pick a time from your real availability instead of trading emails. Booking runs on Cal.com, synced both ways with Google Calendar or Outlook, so a taken slot is taken everywhere.

If your jobs already live in Jobber or another CRM, we connect to that instead of adding a second calendar.

Reminders go out the day before. Each booking carries what the customer already told the phone agent or the form, so whoever takes the job knows what they're walking into.

A service call, a vet appointment, a first meeting with an accountant: same pattern.

Money

When a job is marked done, the invoice goes out. Not on Friday afternoon, when someone finds the time.

Payment reminders follow on a schedule you set, for example at 7, 14, and 21 days, and stop once it's paid. Nobody has to make the awkward call.

Invoices and payments stay in the software you already use, like QuickBooks or Square. Make connects it to the rest: the job closing, the invoice, the reminders.

That covers a finished HVAC job, a month of legal work, or a wholesale order.

We work inside the software you already use. If Jobber or QuickBooks or your CRM is doing the job, we connect to it. We don't sell you a new system because it's easier for us.
