This explains what Latini Automation collects when you use this site, what happens to it, and how to get it removed.

What we collect

When you fill in the callback form, we collect the name, business name, phone number, and email address you give us, along with anything you write in the free-text field, and the call time and time zone you choose. We text a code to your phone number to confirm it, and we record when the number was verified. We also record the page you submitted from, any campaign parameters in the link that brought you here, your IP address, and your browser's user agent string.

If you ask us to email you a copy of the calculator breakdown, we collect the email address you give us and the figures you entered. The calculator itself runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere unless you ask for the email.

When our AI voice agent calls you, we keep a record of the call: when it started and ended, how it ended, and a written transcript. If you agreed to it on the call, we also keep an audio recording.

We also keep a record of your consent to be called: the exact wording you agreed to, the moment you checked the box, your IP address, and your user agent.

Automated processing, including an AI voice agent

Information you submit through this site is processed by automated systems. Submitting the callback form triggers an outbound telephone call placed by an AI voice agent, not by a person. The agent identifies itself as AI at the start of every call.

The agent asks about your business, what is taking up your time, and what software you use, and it can book a meeting with a member of our team. It does not make pricing commitments or promise results.

Who else processes it

We use these third parties, and your information passes through them:

  • Make.com — receives your submission once your number is verified, and passes it on to the services that email you and keep our records. It does not place the call
  • Telnyx — carries the outbound call, and sends the text message with your verification code
  • ElevenLabs — runs the AI voice agent that speaks with you, and produces the transcript
  • The LLM provider used inside ElevenLabs — the language model that generates the agent's replies during the call
  • Cal.com — scheduling, and syncing bookings to our calendars
  • Resend — sends confirmation and follow-up email
  • Cloudflare — hosts the site, runs its server routes, and stores submissions, consent records, and call records
  • Plausible Analytics — page analytics, with no cookies and no cross-site tracking

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

How long we keep it

Submissions and call records are kept for 24 months. Call recordings are kept for 12 months. Consent records are kept for five years, because we have to be able to show what you agreed to and when.

Analytics data is aggregate and is not tied to you.

Getting your information removed

Email inquiries@latiniautomation.com and ask. We will delete what we hold about you within 30 days and confirm when it is done. One exception: consent and call-attempt records stay for the five years described above, because we have to be able to show that a call was authorized.

Stopping the calls

You can stop the calls at any time, in any of these ways:

  • Say so during the call, or just say "stop". The agent adds you to our suppression list right away.
  • Email inquiries@latiniautomation.com and ask to be removed.

Once you are on the suppression list, you stay on it. We check it before every call we place and before every verification text we send. If you only say "stop" on a call, we treat that as a request not to be called again, and we may look at it by hand afterwards.
