About Latini Automation

Latini Automation started with control systems for plants, where a broken process costs real money every hour it's down. In that world, "it usually works" isn't an acceptable answer. Something either runs or it doesn't, and when it doesn't, somebody's phone rings at two in the morning.

Small businesses have the same problem on the office side. The process exists, but it runs on somebody remembering to do it. When that person is busy, sick, or gone, the process stops. The missed call, the quote nobody sent, the invoice nobody chased all cost real money too. Nobody's phone rings, so nobody notices.

That's where we come in. Find the parts of your business that depend on somebody remembering, and make them not depend on that.

What we'll tell you that other people won't: not everything should be automated. Some problems are hiring problems, some are pricing problems, and some are just a bad process that automation would only make faster. We'd rather say that up front than build you something expensive that doesn't fix anything.
