How it works
1
We look at what you've got
Before anything gets built, we go through the software you already pay for. Most businesses are using about a third of what they own. Sometimes the fix is turning something on.
2
You get a written plan
A map of how leads, quotes, jobs, and payments actually move through your business. A prioritized list of what's worth automating. And an honest note on what isn't. Some problems are hiring problems or pricing problems, and we'll say so.
3
We build one thing and turn it on
Before you commit to anything bigger, one automation goes live in your business. You watch it work. Then you decide.
4
We maintain it
Automations break when software updates, staff changes, or the business grows. That's what the monthly fee is for. You're not buying a project, you're buying something that keeps working.
What we don't automate
Not everything should be automated. Some problems are hiring problems, some are pricing problems, and some are just a bad process that automation would only make faster. We’d rather say that up front than build you something expensive that doesn’t fix anything.
